foto-isabelle-salariBorn in 1998, in Perugia (ITALY) to a French-Italian mother and Iranian father Isabelle Salari, from an early age showed a strong inclination for painting and singing. At age 11, her parents realized, that a talent like this should be shared with the world, so they decide to submit Isabelle’s paintings for the exhibition “One Hundred Painters on Via Margutta” in Rome. Maestro Alberto Vespaziani (president of the festival), was opposed to the idea of an eleven year old, participating in such a prestigious exhibition. However,  when he saw the paintings, he realized this 11 year old, was a talent beyond her years. Immediately, included her in the “One hundred Painters of the 2010 edition”. The decision, proved to be a stroke of genius

  • September 24, 2010 there were more journalists, coming to see the abstract paintings of the young prodigy. Isabelle is the youngest artist ever accepted to the “One Hundred Painters on Via Margutta”.
  • November 2010 – Personal exhibition at the (Conservatory of Santa Cecilia) in Rome. Presented a painting to the director of museum

  • From the 14th to 25th of  April 2011, the next step on her journey, was an exhibit at the “Hotel Art” Margutta. It was attended by art critics, writers, and famous faces from the world of entertainment. Franco Nero, who considers Isabelle like his daughter, Vittorio Sgarbi, Alberto Bevilacqua and Achille Bonito Oliva.

  • July 23, 2011 – International Festival of Contemporary Art in Isfahan Iran
  • August 5, 2011 – Exhibition at the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Tehran
  • August 18, 2011 Isabelle receives a special award from the President of the Republic of Iran
  • February 15, 2011 – Presentation, at Personal Residence of the Ambassador of Iran
  • November 22, 2011 – Rome, “Conservatorio S. Cecilia” personal exhibition.
  • From August 15th until August 20th, 2012 Isabelle took part in a workshop at the Internetional Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art. She created ten pictures on the spot, for five televisions officers and the Director of the Italian Cultural Embassy in Iran. The art is rightfully, still in the museum, along with paintings by great painters like, Picasso and Pollock. In honor of this occasion, Isabelle received an award from the Minister of Culture and Director of the Museum.
  • August 22, 2012 – Exhibition at the International Exhibition of Sulmona
  • October 31 / November 4, 2012 – Show 100 Painters Margutta, 92nd edition.
  • December / April 2013 – Exhibition at the Teatro Morlacchi.
  • June 28, 2013 Personal exhibition at Via Margutta Rome “Galleria Vittoria”.
  • July 15, 2014 International festival of “two worlds” in Spoleto.
  • 10-21 July 2014 organized by the Mayor of Assisi Galleria “Le Logge” Painting Gestural Isabelle Salari text critic Giorgio di Genova
  • August 1, 2014 by invitation of Padre Fortunato, director press office “Sacro Cuore” of Assisi (PG) The artist Isabelle Salari does a live painting in front of journalists in Assisi. The event is viewable on the website “www.sanfrancesco.org” Isabelle Salari.
  • December 27, 2014 exhibition in Tehran organized by the Iranian government in the palace of Emperor (Niavaran palace). The famous Italian art critic Vittorio Sgarbi came to Tehran from Italy to inaugurate the exhibition.
  • December 27, 2014 exhibition at Camponeschi in Rome in Farnese Place.
  • April 2015 Group exhibition at “Quirinale Theater” in Rome.
